Subject: Retail lease letter of intent

Respected Mr. Peter,

I am writing this letter of intent as I wish to lease out your property “House number 323, Red Square Street, Buckingham”. This is in reference to the telephonic conversation that I had with you on 10th January 2013 regarding the lease procedure and the agreement.

I am writing this letter of intent as I wish to lease out your property for the retail purposes as I want to expand my business delivering and selling goods and services to my clients, customers and the end users. Your property appears to be at a perfect location for the whole sale of my goods because it is centrally located with developed infrastructure. With this letter of intent, I agree to the terms and conditions that were told by you during our telephonic conversation.

The lease term would be for 2 years, effective from 20th January 2012. The lease rent would be paid to you on 25th of every month.

For further details regarding the retail lease agreement, we would meet in personal as per your convenience. For further details, I can be contacted on 2829293.

Thanking you.

Sincerely,

John David
