Grant Proposal Letter of Intent
Mr. Dennis Moore,

Sub – Letter of Intent for Grant Proposal
Dear Mr. Moore,
This letter is to bring to your notice that, Let’s Make a Difference Incorporated seeks $20,000 from the California Community Foundation Incorporated to realise its long standing dream of making shelters for the homeless. We have been trying to get in touch with your organisation as you had helped us with grants in the year 2010 for our project “Educate the Orphan Child”. We are happy to let you know that, the project has been a resounding success and we are sure that once you help us with the grants necessary for the present project, this one too will make a huge difference in the lives of many homeless people.
We have been actively rooting for support and funds from all quarters and many have responded positively. We expect the same enthusiasm from you as well. We intend to build 50 houses for 50 families to start with, which can accommodate up to 200 people. The project will take two years to complete and post completion we can ensure that there is a modest roof above the heads of at least 200 people.
Let’s Make a Difference Incorporated is looking forward to your support and co-operation.
